[\u524d\u8a00] <\/strong>\u7b2c\u4e00\u7bc7\u7d00\u5ff5\u4e00\u4e0b\uff0c\u5beb\u4e9b\u7121\u95dc\u7dca\u8981\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u3002\u6703\u5728\u9019\u5beb\u6587\u7ae0\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u56e0\u70ba2020\u5e74\u6642\u5fc3\u8840\u4f86\u6f6e\uff0c\u60f3\u628a\u5e73\u5e38\u6240\u7d93\u6b77\u7684\uff0c\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u6015\u5fd8\u8a18\u3001\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u7b97\u7d93\u9a57\u5206\u4eab\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\u5462\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u60f3\u8ddf\u904e\u53bb\u535a\u73ed\u7559\u4e0b\u7684\u7db2\u8def\u7b46\u8a18\u6709\u6240\u5340\u9694\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u627e\u4e86\u500b\u65b0\u7684\u90e8\u843d\u683c\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5beb\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u81ea\u5df1\u89ba\u5f97\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u592a\u4e0d\u8a8d\u771f\u5beb\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u4e0a\u5929\u901e\u7f70\uff0c\u5e73\u53f0\u95dc\u4e86\uff0c\u5728\u6211\u7a81\u7136\u6709\u52d5\u529b\u60f3\u8cbc\u6587\u6642\u3002\u56de\u982d\u641c\u5c0b\u539f\u4f86\u5e73\u53f0\u65e9\u56db\u500b\u6708\u524d\u5c31\u8aaa\u8981\u95dc\u4e86\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u5565\u4e5f\u6551\u4e0d\u56de\u4f86\u7684404 \u7db2\u9801\u3002\u4e5f\u662f\u6a5f\u7de3\u5de7\u5408\uff0c\u5c31\u5728\u5565\u4e5f\u6551\u4e0d\u56de\u4f86\u7684\u524d\u5e7e\u5929\uff0c\u602a\u7378\u5011\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u6211\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5c31\u8ddf\u8457\u770b\u5230\u4e86404\u7db2\u9801\uff0c\u597d\u5fc3\u7684\u602a\u5496\u4e39\u5c3c\u9084\u5617\u8a66\u8457\u6488\u7db2\u7ad9\u7684\u5eab\u5b58\u9801\u9762\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u5565\u4e5f\u627e\u4e0d\u56de\u3002\u5f8c\u4f86\u6211\u5c31\u63a5\u53d7\u9f13\u52f5\u7684\u4f86\u5230\u9019\u88e1\u7e7c\u7e8c\u8a18\u9304\uff0c\u539f\u5247\u5c31\u662f\u4e2d\u7acb\u3001\u5ba2\u89c0\u3001\u8981\u7b26\u5408\u771f\u5be6\u3001\u4e0d\u70ba\u8ab0\u80cc\u66f8\u3002\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u8ddf\u6211\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u5beb\u7d00\u9304\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u662f\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u4e5f\u5b78\u6703\u5099\u5206\u4e86\uff0c\u7db2\u7ad9\u53c8\u4e0d\u7528\u6211\u7dad\u8b77\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u9019\u7a2e\u7d93\u6b77\u6709\u7a2e\u611f\u89ba\u662f\u4e0a\u5929\u95dc\u4e86\u4e00\u6247\u9580\u7136\u5f8c\u518d\u958b\u4e86\u4e00\u6247\u7a97\uff0c\u65e2\u7136\u51a5\u51a5\u4e4b\u4e2d\u8b93\u6211\u4f86\u5230\u9019\u88e1\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u8ddf\u8457\u8d70\u5427\u3002\u8ddf\u4ee5\u524d\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u6211\u53ea\u8a18\u9304\u4e3b\u89c0\u610f\u8b58\u4e0b\u7684\u5ba2\u89c0\u4e8b\u5be6\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u5c0d\u6211\u81ea\u5df1\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0d\u770b\u7684\u4eba\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n

INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients\u7684\u7e2e\u5beb)<\/strong>\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u7ffb\u8b6f\u662f\u570b\u969b\u5316\u7ca7\u54c1\u6210\u5206\u547d\u540d\u6cd5\uff0c\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u662f\u570b\u969b\u516c\u8a8d\u7684\u7528\u65bc\u8b58\u5225\u5316\u7ca7\u54c1\u6210\u5206\u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\u5316\u540d\u7a31\u7684\u547d\u540d\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4f46\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u843d\u5dee\u3002<\/p>\n

\u76ee\u524d\u570b\u969b\u4e0a\u6709\u500b\u7d44\u7e54PCPC (Personal Care Products Council)<\/a> \u8ca0\u8cac\u5be9\u6838\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u5316\u7ca7\u54c1\u539f\u6599\u7684\u547d\u540d\u3002PCPC\u9019\u500b\u7d44\u7e54\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u6b50\u76df\u6703\u53c3\u8003PCPC\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\uff0c\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u5169\u8005\u6703\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u6642\u6703\u7522\u751f\u5fae\u5999\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u4ee5\u690d\u7269\u8403\u53d6\u6db2\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5316\u7ca7\u54c1\u539f\u6599\u90fd\u6703\u4ee5\u62c9\u4e01\u540d\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u7269\u7a2e\u7684\u5b78\u540d\u4f5c\u70ba\u547d\u540d\u4f9d\u64da\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u62c9\u4e01\u540d\u770b\u4e86\u4e5f\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u662f\u751a\u9ebc\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5PCPC \u6703\u52a0\u4e0a\u4fd7\u540d\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u822c\u53e3\u8a9e\u4e0a\u6703\u7a31\u547c\u7684\u540d\u5b57\u3002\u4f46\u6b50\u76df\u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c31\u6703\u7701\u7565\u4fd7\u540d\u3002\u7528\u767e\u91cc\u9999\u82b1\u8449\u8403\u53d6\u6db2\u8209\u4f8b\uff0c\u5728PCPC\u6703\u770b\u5230Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) Flower\/Leaf Extract\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u53bbCosIng<\/a>\u67e5\u8a62\u5247\u6703\u770b\u5230Thymus Vulgaris Flower\/Leaf Extract\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u539f\u6599\u8cc7\u6599\u4e0a\u5c31\u6703\u770b\u5230EU INCI\u8ddfGlobal INCI\u5169\u7a2e\u3002<\/p>\n

EU INCI\uff1a<\/strong>\u5c31\u662f\u6b50\u76df\u5b98\u65b9\u7684\u5316\u7ca7\u54c1\u539f\u6599\u547d\u540d\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0aCosIng<\/a>\u505a\u67e5\u8a62\uff0c\u5f8c\u6587\u6709\u67e5\u8a62\u8aaa\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n

Global INCI\uff1a<\/strong>\u5c31\u662fPCPC\u767c\u5e03\u7684\u5316\u7ca7\u54c1\u539f\u6599\u547d\u540d\uff0c\u56e0\u70baPCPC\u662f\u6536\u8cbb\u7db2\u7ad9\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5f8c\u6587\u6703\u6709\u5c0f\u6487\u6b65\u8aaa\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n
